摘要
研究目的:探究自我控制反馈与被动接受反馈对学习排球正面双手垫球的不同影响。研究方法:运用实验法和数理统计法,对比了自我控制组被试和配对组被试在技能习得阶段、保持阶段和迁移阶段的运动绩效,以及自我控制组被试请求反馈的频率和时机。结果表明:在技能习得阶段,自我控制组绩效和配对组绩效无显著性差异;在保持测试和迁移测试中自我控制组绩效显著好于配对组绩效。自我控制组请求反馈的次数随练习逐渐减少,且时机多集中于良好操作后。结论:与被动接受反馈相比,自我控制反馈更有利于运动技能学习。
Objective:To explore the different effects of self-control feedback and passively receiving feedback on learning volleyball with frontal hands.Methods:Using experimental methods and mathematical statistics,the exercise performance of the self-control group and the paired group were compared in the skill acquisition phase,the retention phase,and the migration phase,as well as the frequency and timing of the self-control group participants’request for feedback.Results:In the skill acquisition stage,there was no significant difference between the performance of the self-control group and that of the paired group;the performance of the self-control group was significantly better than that of the paired group in the maintenance test and the transfer test.The number of requests for feedback in the self-control group gradually decreased with practice,and the timing was mostly after good operation.Conclusion:Compared with passively receiving feedback,self-control feedback is more conducive to motor skill learning.
