体育强国视阈下我国青少年营地教育的角色、功能与发展

Role,Function and Development of China’s Youth Camp Education in the Context of Sports Power Construction

运用文献研究、逻辑分析等方法对我国青少年营地教育的角色定位、功能演变和发展路径进行探究。研究认为:在体育强国建设背景下,我国青少年营地教育应承担起青少年体育运动参与的引导角色、学校体育开展的补充角色、大众体育基础的服务角色、体育产业发展的协同角色,是塑造、承载和传承青少年体育文化的重要载体。根据我国青少年营地教育的发展脉络,营地教育的功能主要表现在:端正青少年运动参与动机,释放青少年的运动活力;发挥以“体”育人功能,助力“立德树人”教育目标;培养青少年体育精神,孕育体育强国文化氛围。最后,立足于体育强国建设目标对我国青少年营地教育的发展提出建议:充分发挥户外运动特色,激励青少年体育运动参与;紧抓体育育人功能,提高青少年体育素养;深化“营地+体育”产业融合,助力体育产业升级;弘扬体育人文精神,夯实体育文化建设。

With literature research,logic analysis and other methods,it analyzed the role orientation,core mission and development path of China's youth camp education in the context of China’s sports power construction.Research shows that China’s youth camp education should take on the guiding role of youth sports participation,the supplementary role of school sports,the service role for mass sport foundation and the synergistic role of sports industry development.It is an important carrier for shaping,carrying and inheriting the youth sports culture.The functions of youth camp education includes:Guiding and promoting the youth sports participation and sports skills to fully play the"body"education function and realize the goal of"moral establishment and student cultivation";cultivating youth sports spirits and fostering sports culture atmosphere.Its development paths are:giving full play to the characteristics of outdoor sports,encourage the broad participation of youth sports;focusing on the function of sports education and promoting the"integration of sports and education";deepening the industrial integration of"camp+sports"to maximize the educational value of camps;Promoting the humanistic spirit of sports and build sports cultural complex.
