摘要
针对长输天然气管网分输场站高流速运行工况危害及其管控问题,分析了危害的形成机理,通过结合管内流体力学理论与场站实际输配工艺分析进行了定量定性研究,并以陕西省域部分输气场站采用的高流速危害管控措施为例,将采取工艺调整与相应技术改造前后管道内的流速与噪声情况进行了对比分析,取得较好的实际控制效果。得出了天然气流速的测算公式,分析了高流速危害与气体流动状态转变的密切相关性,提出了场站设计与优化、流型控制技术改造等针对高流速危害的消除及管控措施,并结合省属管网安全生产管理现状给出了提升设计与施工工艺、储气调峰工程建设及实时流速监管方面的建议。
This paper analyzes the formation mechanism of the hazards caused by the high flow rate operation condition of the offtake station of the long-distance natural gas pipeline network. Combined with the fluid mechanics theory and the actual transmission and distribution process of the offtake station, the flow rate and noise in the pipeline before and after the control measures are taken are analyzed and compared by taking the high flow rate hazard control measures adopted by some gas transmission stations in Shaanxi Province as an example.The results show that the actual control effect of the measures is good.The calculation formula of natural gas flow rate is obtained, the correlation between high flow rate hazards and gas flow state transition is analyzed, and the elimination and control measures for high flow rate hazards such as station design and optimization, flow pattern control technology transformation are proposed. In combination with the current situation of safe production management of Shaanxi provincial pipe network, suggestions on improving design and construction technology, gas storage peak shaving project construction, and real-time flow rate supervision are given.
