乡村振兴背景下社会组织参与社会建设的路径研究--以川南云村的实践为例

Exploring Pathways of Social Organizations’ Participation in Social Construction in Rural Vitalization:A Case Study of Yun Village in Southern Sichuan

在乡村振兴战略背景下,社会组织在社会建设中发挥着重要作用。以川南云村的社会建设实践为例,对社会组织参与乡村社会建设的现实遭遇、应对策略及行动逻辑进行剖析。结果表明:在介入乡村社会场域的过程中,社会组织通过与基层政府、村庄精英、村庄内生性组织、村民等主体建立互动关系,并获得基层政府的政治性支持、地方性权力的接纳、内生性组织的反哺、村民的认可等合法性资源,从而推动社会建设项目落地。社会组织以“内外交互”的逻辑嵌入外源系统的资源,整合村庄的内源系统,从而激发村庄发展的内生动力,使乡村归于主位,实现以村庄为主体的社会建设。基于此,建议从关系形态、角色功能、行动目标、主体性等维度构建社会组织参与社会建设的路径。

As the rural revitalization strategy is being carried out,social organizations can play an important role in social construction.Taking the practice of social construction in Yun village in Southern Sichuan as an example,the paper analyzed what social organizations had encountered,the strategies they had applied and the logic behind their action as they participated in rural social construction.The study found that in the process of joining in the rural social field,social organizations have established an interactive relationship with the grass-roots government,village elites,village endogenous organizations,villagers and other subjects,and have obtained the political support of the grass-roots government,and the acceptance of local power and the local people.Legitimate resources such as the feedback from endogenous organizations and the recognition of villagers will promote the implementation of social construction projects.Social organizations embed the resources of the external system with the logic of“internal and external interaction”and integrate the internal system of the village,thereby stimulating the endogenous driving force of the village development,making the village the main place,and realizing the social construction with the village as the main body.Therefore,the path for social organizations to participate in social construction should be constructed from the dimensions of relationship form,role function,action goal and subjectivity.
