基于HTN与MAS的天基资源应急决策技术

摘要 应急任务规划方案的制定是根据抽象的应急任务目标,将任务目标逐步分解成每个资源实体具体可执行的子任务,形成具体可执行的应急观测方案与应急保障方案。天基资源应急快速响应决策的过程实际上对应着从应急任务需求到天基资源任务转化的过程。通过引入层次任务网络(Hierarchical Task Network,HTN),对复杂的卫星应急任务需求进行分解,达到为各类资源分配子任务的目的。在对卫星应急任务需求、应用模式和卫星应急任务快速响应决策要素分析的基础上,给出天基资源面向应急任务快速保障的任务规划架构,提出基于HTN规划的应急响应决策技术与基于MAS的多星分布式应急协同观测任务规划技术,确定最终的应急快速响应方案。 The formulation of the emergency mission planning scheme is to gradually decompose the mission objectives into specific executable sub-tasks of each resource entity according to the abstract emergency mission objectives,forming specific executable emergency observation schemes and emergency support schemes.Space-based resources emergency rapid response and decision-making process actually corresponds to the transformation process from emergency mission requirements to space-based resource missions.By introducing the Hierarchical Task Network(HTN),the complex satellite emergency mission requirements are decomposed to achieve the purpose of allocating sub-tasks to various resources.Based on the analysis of satellite emergency mission requirements,application modes and satellite emergency missions'rapid response and decision-making elements,a space-based resources'mission planning framework for the rapid support of emergency missions is provided.Then,the emergency response and decision-making technology based on HTN planning and the observation mission planning technology of the multi-satellite distributed emergency coordination based on multi-agent system(MAS)are proposed.Finally,the emergency rapid response scheme is determined.
