我国棉花加工中气力输送技术应用现状

摘要 气力输送系统凭借输送效率高,设备简单、结构紧凑等特点在棉花加工中应用广泛。本文从气力输送技术特点入手,结合棉花物理特性,分析影响棉花气力输送的主要因素,详细归纳了棉花加工各环节气力输送技术的应用现状,探讨了棉花加工气力输送系统的改进措施,为气力输送技术在棉花加工中的应用优化提供借鉴和参考。 Pneumatic conveying system is widely used in cotton processing by virtue of its high conveying efficiency,simple equipment and compact structure. This article obtains from the characteristics of pneumatic conveying technology,combined with the physical properties of cotton,analysis the main factors affecting cotton pneumatic conveying,summarizes the cotton processing each link in detail the present situation of the application of pneumatic conveying technology,discusses the improvement measures of cotton processing and pneumatic conveying system,for the application of pneumatic conveying technology in cotton processing optimization provide reference.
