经颅磁治疗仪在孤独症谱系障碍儿童中的治疗效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析经颅磁治疗仪在孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童中的临床应用效果。方法:将92例ASD患儿随机分为2组,各46例,对照组予以常规康复方案,观察组在对照组基础之上予以重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)方案;对比2组孤独症评定量表(CARS)评分、孤独症行为量表(ABC)评分、发育评估量表(GDS-C)评分及感觉统合评定量表评分。结果:干预后,观察组CARS评分[(29.14±2.59)vs(31.95±3.06)分]、ABC评分[(73.23±9.98)vs(82.30±10.15)分]低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者GDS-C各能区评分均升高,但粗大动作、精细动作、适应能力比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组社会行为[(58.66±4.69)vs(52.61±4.78)分]、口语表达[(56.52±6.18)vs(50.24±4.16)分]高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组感觉统合评定量表各维度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:rTMS刺激可有效减轻ASD患儿临床症状,纠正其异常行为,改善其社会行为及语言表达。 Objective:To analyze the clinical application of the transcranial magnetic therapeutic device in children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods:A total of 92 children with ASD were divided into two groups by random number table method with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given the conventional rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group was given repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)based on the control group.The scores of the Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS),Autism Behavior Checklist(ABC),Developmental Assessment Scale(GDS-C)and Sensory Integration Rating Scale were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the scores of CARS and ABC in the observation group[(29.14±2.59)and(73.23±9.98)]were significantly lower than those in the control group[(31.95±3.06)and(82.30±10.15)](P<0.05).GDS-C scores of both groups were increased.The scores of gross motor,fine motor and adaptive ability in the observation group were slightly higher than those in the control group(P>0.05).The scores of social behaviors and oral expression ability in observation group[(58.66±4.69)and(56.52±6.18)]were significantly higher than those in the control group[(52.61±4.78)and(50.24±4.16)](P<0.05).The scores of sensory integration rating scale in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:rTMS stimulation can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms in children with ASD,correct their abnormal behaviors,and improve their social behaviors and language expression.
