摘要
高职院校“机器人焊接工艺技术”课程主要是培养学生掌握焊接工艺基础知识的基本能力与机器人焊接编程的应用能力充分融合的综合能力和素质。本文以“机器人焊接工艺技术”课程“虚实结合的机器人焊接应用”教学项目为例,把虚拟仿真技术与实际机器人操作有效结合起来,阐述了理实一体的教学设计与实施思路。
The course of robot welding process technology in higher vocational colleges is mainly to cultivate students’basic ability to master the basic knowledge of welding process and the application ability of robot welding programming.Taking the teaching of"virtual and real robot welding application"in the course of robot welding technology as an example,this paper effectively combines the virtual simulation technology with the actual robot operation,and expounds the teaching design and implementation idea of integrating theory and practice.
