ACBSP国际商科专业认证对于提高地方院校人才培养质量具有重要意义。基于ACBSP专业认证理念,分析了郑州航空工业管理学院商学院工商管理专业在人才培养模式方面存在的问题:培养目标与社会需求脱节、培养方案与培养目标脱节、教学过程与培养目标脱节、学生评价与培养目标脱节,建议从革新培养目标、优化课程体系、注重教学过程、多元化评价体系四个方面进行人才培养模式优化,以期提高工商管理专业人才培养质量,顺利通过ACBSP国际商科专业认证。
