基于脏腑关系的王旭高“治肝三十法”研究

Study of WANG Xugao’s“Thirty Methods for Treating Liver Diseases”Based on Relationships among Zang-fu Viscera

以王旭高《西溪书屋夜话录》中的“肝病证治”作为主要研究对象,从脏腑关系角度入手,研究其肝病治法的诊治特色。首先,论述基于脏腑关系的“治肝三十法”必要性,阐述从此角度进行研究的合理性;其次,从脏腑关系入手,进一步剖析“治肝三十法”,得出脾胃为重、分而论治,肝肾同调、滋阴为本,肝升肺降、平之则和,肝心相及、泄而有得的治法特点及用药特色;最后,阐明王旭高基于脏腑关系的“治肝三十法”对现代医家的启示,即需重视整体、治病求本,方能守正创新。

Taking the syndrome and treatment of liver diseases in WANG Xugao’s Records of Medical Discourses of Xixi Studio as the study object,this paper studied the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment of liver diseases from the perspective of relationships among zang-fu viscera.We first analyzed the necessity of“thirty methods for treating liver diseases”based on relationships among zang-fu viscera and showed the rationality of the study from this perspective.Secondly,starting from the relationships among zang-fu viscera,the contents of“thirty methods for treating liver diseases”were further analyzed and 4 features of treatment and medication were achieved including:①emphasis on spleen and stomach,treating spleen and stomach respectively,②regulating liver and kidney simultaneously,nourishing yin as the root,③liver ascending and lung descending,calming liver causing balance between lung and liver,④liver generating heart,child-draining method treating liver diseases.Finally,the enlightenment and significance of WANG Xugao’s“thirty methods for treating liver diseases”from the perspective of relationships among zang-fu viscera for modern doctors have been stated that it is necessary to attach importance to the whole,treat diseases based on the root,so as to inherit and innovate.
