盐酸舍曲林片联合认知行为疗法治疗青少年抑郁症的疗效及对认知功能、睡眠状况、自杀意念的影响

Efficacy of sertraline hydrochloride tablets combined with cognitive behavioral therapy in the treatment of adolescent depression and its effects on cognitive function,sleep status,and suicidal ideation

目的探讨盐酸舍曲林片联合认知行为疗法治疗青少年抑郁症的效果及对患者认知功能、睡眠状况、自杀意念的影响。方法选取2019年8月至2021年8月期间咸阳市中心医院精神科收治的110例青少年抑郁症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和研究组各55例,对照组患者采用盐酸舍曲林片治疗,研究组患者采用盐酸舍曲林片联合认知行为治疗,治疗56 d后,比较两组患者的治疗效果以及治疗前后的蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQL)和自杀态度量表(QSA)评分。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为96.36%,明显高于对照组的78.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的MoCA评分中的各项评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者MoCA评分中的各项评分均明显升高,且研究组明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者PSQL评分中的各项评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者PSQL评分中的各项评分均明显降低,且研究组明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者QSA评分中的各项评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者QSA评分中的各项评分均明显升高,且研究组明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸舍曲林片联合认知行为疗法治疗青少年抑郁症,能有效控制青少年患者抑郁症病情,显著改善患者的认知功能和睡眠状况,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the efficacy of sertraline hydrochloride tablets combined with cognitive behavioral therapy in the treatment of adolescent depression and its effects on cognitive function,sleep status,and suicidal ideation.Methods A total of 110 patients with adolescent depression admitted to Department of Psychiatry,Xianyang Central Hospital from August 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and a study group,with 55 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with sertraline hydrochloride tablets,and the patients in the study group were treated with sertraline hydrochloride tablets combined with cognitive behavior therapy.After 56 days of treatment,the treatment effect and the scores of Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale(PSQL)and Suicide Attitude Scale(QSA)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.36%,which was significantly higher than 78.18%of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in MOCA scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of MOCA in the two groups were significantly increased,and the score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in PSQL scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the PSQL scores of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in QSA scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the QSA scores of the two groups were significantly higher,and the score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Sertraline hydrochloride tablets combined with cognitive behavioral therapy in the treatment of adolescent depression can effectively control the condition of adolescent patients with depression.After treatment,the cognitive function and sleep status of patients have been significantly improved,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
