长江口船舶定线制通航分道优化研究

摘要 长江口水域汇聚了进出长江和中国沿海多个南北方向航路的交通流,通航环境复杂,船舶流量大,通航船型多,通航风险高。近年来,随着长江口水域船舶流量的持续增加,该水域通航资源与通航需求之间的矛盾日益突出。为适应未来的发展需求,缓解资源短缺的局势,以长江口船舶定线制及其附近水域交通流分布现状为基础,对长江口定线制及其附近水域的船舶轨迹特征进行了分析,并提出了长江口船舶定线制通航分道的优化建议。 The Yangtze River Estuary is a location joining the traffic flows from the Yangtze River and several north-south routes along China’s coastal waters, with complex navigation environment, large volume of traffic flow, multiple types of ships,and high risks of navigation. In recent years, with the continuous increase of traffic flow in the Yangtze River Estuary, the conflict between navigation resources and navigation demands is becoming increasingly prominent. In order to meet the demands of future development and relieve the situation of resource shortage, this paper based on the traffic flow distribution in the Yangtze River Estuary and its adjacent waters, analyzes the characteristics of the ship track in relevant waters, and puts forward suggestions for optimizing the traffic lanes of the ship’s routeing system for the Yangtze Estuary.
