湛江海域救助力量间协作研究

Study on Collaboration among Rescue Forces in Zhanjiang Sea Area

通过对湛江海域救助体系和近五年来海上救助工作现状的梳理,全面分析海上突发事件中的多种救助力量协作现状,总结不同救助队伍在应急协作过程中存在的问题及原因,并针对具体问题提出相应的改进对策及建议,完善专业力量和社会力量协作方式,以加强救助力量建设,提高湛江海域的救助效率和成功率,形成更为完善、高效的海上救助体系。

Based on a review of the rescue system in Zhanjiang sea area and the current situation of rescue affairs in the past five years, this paper analyses the existing conditions of the collaboration of various rescue forces in maritime emergency incidents.It summarizes the problems of difference rescue forces in the emergency collaboration and the relevant causes and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in view of specific problems, in order to improve the collaboration between professional and social forces and consequently strengthen the construction of rescue forces, improve the rescue efficiency and success rate in Zhanjiang sea area, and develop a more complete and efficient maritime rescue system.
