摘要
为解决食品甜味剂过量使用问题,对食品甜味剂的分类及其检测技术进行研究,从营养性甜味剂、非营养性甜味剂两大方向分析食品甜味剂的具体分类,重点从食品甜味剂检测角度出发,在总结食品甜味剂检测前处理要点基础上,进一步分析现阶段常用的食品甜味剂检测技术,以期为相关人员提供参考。
In order to solve the problem of excessive use of food sweeteners, the classification and detection technology of food sweeteners were studied, and the specific classification of food sweeteners was analyzed from two major directions: nutritional sweeteners and non-nutritional sweeteners. It is emphasized to further analyze the commonly used food sweetener detection technology at present stage from the perspective of food sweetener detection, on the basis of summarizing the key points of pretreatment of food sweetener detection, in order to provide a reference for relevant personnel.
