摘要
微量元素在人体内的含量虽然极少,但对人体生长发育、运动能力具有重要的影响,各微量元素都有相应的生理功能,如果过量摄入或摄入不足,极易诱发多种疾病,甚至危及生命。微量元素与蛋白、激素配合,共同维持运动员的竞技状态、运动能力,推迟运动疲劳感,强化身体免疫力。本文从铁、锌、铜和硒4个微量元素着手,分析其生理功能,从不同方面深入说明各种微量元素对运动员身体健康的影响,以供参考。
Although the content of trace elements in the human body is very small, it has an important impact on the growth and development of the human body and sports ability. Each trace element has its corresponding physiological function. If it is excessively or insufficiently ingested, it is very easy to induce a variety of diseases, even endanger life. Trace elements, together with protein and hormone, can maintain the athletes’ competitive state and sports ability, delay the sense of sports fatigue, and strengthen the body immunity. This paper analyzes the physiological functions of four trace elements,namely iron, zinc, copper and selenium, and explains the effects of various trace elements on the health of athletes from different aspects for reference.
