关于高校开展食品安全宣传教育的对策探索

当前,高校所开展的食品安全宣传教育虽然取得了较好的成效,但所存在的短板和问题依然较多,食品安全宣传教育依然任重而道远,必须不断优化和创新食品安全宣传教育的路径。本文立足于高校的食品安全宣传教育现状,提出了做好食品安全宣传教育的策略措施,即发挥好宣传教育载体的作用、开设食品安全选修课程、做好校园后勤管理者的教育与监管。

At present, although the food safety publicity and education carried out by colleges and universities has achieved good results, but there are still many shortcomings and problems, food safety publicity and education still has a long way to go, we must constantly optimize and innovate the path of food safety publicity and education. Based on the current situation of food safety publicity and education in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the strategies and measures to do a good job in food safety publicity and education, that is, give full play to the role of publicity and education carriers, open food safety elective courses, and do a good job in the education and supervision of campus logistics managers.
