摘要
食品质量安全不仅影响着人们的健康水平,更关系着国家与民族的兴旺,是实现社会稳定的核心内容。标准化生产加工在食品安全监督过程中的有效应用,能够规范食品的生产流程与标准,从而为食品质量安全提供保障。基于此,本文主要分析标准化生产加工在食品安全监管中的作用及存在的问题,并提出具有针对性的解决措施,以全面促进食品生产的标准化、规范化。
Food quality and safety not only affects the health level of the people, but is also related to the prosperity of the country and the nation, and is a core content of achieving social stability. The effective application of standardized production and processing in the process of food safety supervision can standardize the production process and standards of food, thus providing guarantee for food quality and safety. Based on this, this paper analyzes the role and problems of standardized production and processing in food safety supervision, and proposes targeted solutions to comprehensively promote the standardization and standardization of food production.
