摘要
为了提升实验室粮食转基因检测能力,本实验室参加了中国检验检疫科学研究院测试评价中心组织的粮食转基因检测(ACAS-PT1138)能力验证活动。根据《植物及其加工产品中转基因成分实时荧光PCR定性检验方法》(SN/T 1204—2016),对大豆转基因成分进行鉴定。编号21-E577、21-F956样品检出转基因成分,本实验室顺利完成能力验证,结果为满意。
To strengthen the detection capability of genetically modified plant in grain of laboratory, the laboratory participated in proficiency testing on genetically modified plant in grain(ACAS-PT1138) by ACAS. The genetically modified plant in soybean were identified by the method of SN/T 1204—2016. Genetically modified plant was detected in sample 21-E577, 21-F956. The proficiency testing was successfully completed, the satisfactory results were obtained.
