摘要 粮食烘干作业是粮食入库储藏的重要环节,易发生烘后粮水分不均、烘干塔着火、烘前仓和烘后仓结拱、高空坠物等问题,造成生产安全事故,究其原因主要有人的因素、物的因素、环境因素和管理因素4种风险因素。利用WBS-RBS法构建WBS分解树和RBS分解树,得到WBS-RBS风险矩阵。通过分析可以得出,不同的作业单元所存在的风险因素不同,因此安全管理时应有针对性,进而有效控制事故隐患,保障粮食烘干作业安全。 Grain drying operation is an important link of grain storage,it is easy to happen final moisture content uneven,drying tower fire,arch of warehouse before drying and warehouse after drying,falling objects,etc.which leaded to production safety accidents,the main reason is the four risk factors which include human factors,material factors,environmental factors and management factors.WBS-RBS method was used to construct WBS decomposition tree and RBS decomposition tree,WBS-RBS risk matrix was obtained.The analysis of WBS-RBS risk matrix shows that different operation units have different risk factors,and the safety management should be targeted,so as to effectively control the latent danger of accidents and ensure the safety of grain drying operation.
