摘要 在散货码头中,门座式起重机主要应用抓斗对船舱粮食进行抓取,采用PLC+变频器进行控制,有钢丝绳升降、抓斗开闭、吊装旋转、吊臂出幅收幅四大动作。本文通过阐述一起因编码器信号干扰出现的变频器变幅故障的处理,提出了编码器在闭环控制抗干扰中应用的改进方案。 In the bulk cargo terminal,the portal crane mainly uses the grab to grab the grain in the cabin,which is controlled by PLC+frequency converter.There are four major actions:wire rope lifting and lowering,grab opening and closing,lifting and rotating,and jib out and in.This paper presents an improved scheme for the application of the encoder in the closed-loop control anti-interference by describing the treatment of the amplitude change fault of the frequency converter caused by the interference of the encoder signal.
