摘要
目的:应用箱线图分析确定山梨酸定量测定能力验证结果。方法:通过多种质量控制措施采用液相色谱法对样品进行检测得到多组实验原始数据,建立箱线图分析流程,评估原始数据的离群情况及分布类型,根据数据的分布类型选取合适的集中趋势特征值确定为样品山梨酸含量值。结果:FAPAS 20172样品山梨酸含量测定结果为816 mg·kg^(-1),Z值为-0.4。结论:山梨酸定量测定实验检测能力评价为满意,表明箱线图可以评估确定能力验证的测定结果。
Objective:Application of box plot analysis to determine the quantitative determination ability of sorbic acid and verify the determination results.Method:Through a variety of quality control measures,liquid chromatography is used to detect the samples to obtain multiple groups of experimental original data,establish a box chart analysis process,evaluate the outliers and distribution types of the original data,and select the appropriate characteristic value of the concentration trend according to the distribution type of the data to determine the sorbic acid content value of the sample.Result:The determination result of sorbic acid content in FAPAS 20172 sample is 816 mg·kg^(-1),and the Z value was-0.4.Conclusion:The quantitative determination of sorbic acid was evaluated to be satisfactory,indicating that the box plot can evaluate the results of the verification of the determination ability.
