摘要
采用荧光微球标记抗体,构建重金属镉荧光免疫层析检测卡,验证该检测卡的线性、稳定性和特异性,并对水样进行检测。结果表明,本方法的线性范围为1~40μg·L^(-1),灵敏度为8.7μg·L^(-1),最低检测限为1.5μg·L^(-1)。该方法前处理过程简单方便,与传统的仪器分析法结果符合性高,适用于基层现场快速检测。
In this study,fluorescent microspheres were used to label the anti-cadmium-EDTA monoclonal antibodies,and a fluorescent immunochromatographic detection card was developed.The linear range of detection,specificity and stability of the fluorescent immunochromatographic detection card were verified,and the water samples were detected.The results showed that the linear range of the quantitative immunochromatographic assay was 1~40μg·L^(-1),the sensitative was 8.7μg·L^(-1),the limit of detection was 1.5μg·L^(-1).The pretreatment process of this method is simple and convenient,and the results of this method are in good agreement with those of traditional instrumental analysis methods.It is suitable for rapid detection at the grass-roots level.
