开展军事科研成果数据规范建设是做好军事科研成果管理的前提和基础。阐明了军事科研成果数据规范建设的必要性,分析了我国军内外现有成果数据规范,提出了适应军事科研成果特点的军事科研成果数据规范建设体系和构成要素,为军事科研成果数据规范体系的建设与实施打下了良好基础。

Carrying out data specification construction of military scientific research achievements is a prerequisite and foundation for the management of military scientific research achievements.This study clarified the necessity of data specification construction of military scientific research achievements,systematically analyzed the existing achievement data specification inside and outside Chinese army,proposed the data specification construction system and components that adapted to the characteristics of military scientific research achievements,and laid a good foundation for the construction and implementation of data specification system of the military scientific research achievements.
