构建病、证、症结合模式下糖尿病视网膜病变辨证论治思维

Constructing the thinking of syndrome differentiation and treatment of diabetic retinopathy under the mode of combination of disease-syndrome-symptom

目前我国已经成为全球糖尿病患者最多的国家,由此引起的糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)导致的视力障碍严重影响着患者的生活质量,DR的防控已成为社会普遍关注的热点。中医学在认识和治疗DR方面发挥重要作用,病、证、症结合模式已经在临床中被普遍采用。本文结合DR的复杂发病特点和危险因素,总结分析中医病、证、症结合模式的辨证论治方法和引经药的纽带作用,提出构建病、证、症结合模式的具体应用原则,从整体与局部结合角度,从病变分期、病程进展、中医证型、轻重缓急等角度,分析中医药治疗DR的关键节点和重要过程。

At present, China has become the country with the largest number of patients with diabetes in the world. The visual impairment caused by diabetic retinopathy(DR) which is a common complication of diabetes has seriously affected the quality of life of those patients.Therefore, the prevention and control of DR has become the focus of social attention. Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) plays an important role in recognizing and treating DR, and the mode of combining "disease-syndrome-symptom" has been commonly adopted in clinic. This paper summarizes and analyzes the syndrome differentiation and treatment with the mode of combining disease-syndrome-symptom and the bridging role of guiding drugs, thus proposes the specific application principle of constructing the mode of combining disease-syndrome-symptom through combing the complex characteristics and risk factors of DR. At the same time, this paper analyzes the key points and important procedures of TCM treatment of DR from the perspective of integration of the whole and the part, pathological staging, disease progression, TCM syndrome types, and orders of priority.
