从心论治目疾的理论依据及思路

Theoretical basis and train of thought for treating eye diseases from the heart

随着手机、计算机等相关电子产品的广泛使用,以及人口老龄化趋势,视疲劳、近视、干眼等患者日益增多。中医治疗目疾多基于“肝开窍于目”理论,以治肝为出发点,忽视心在目疾中的重要作用。本文以《黄帝内经》《审视瑶函》《目经大成》等古籍中有关目与心的理论为基础,依据心主血脉、心主神明的生理功能和手少阴心经的循行特点,探析目与心神、血脉、心气、心火(阳)的生理、病理联系,并结合现代研究,探讨其相关性,为通过安定心神、畅盈血脉、调补心阳,从心治疗目疾提供理论依据和思路。

With the widespread use of mobile phones,computers,and other related electronic products, as well as the aging trend of the population, the number of patients with eye fatigue,myopia,dry eye and so on is increasing.Traditional Chinese Medicine mostly relies on the theory of "liver opens at the eye",taking the treatment of the liver as the starting point and neglecting the important role of the heart in the eye disease. This article explores the physiological and pathological relationship between the eye and the heart spirit, blood vein, heart Qi, and heart fire(Yang), and discusses its correlation in combination with modern research, and further provides the oretical basis and ideas for the treatment of eye diseases by calming the heart spirit, filling up and smoothing the blood veins, regulating and tonifying the heart Yang from the heart,which is based on the theories of relationship between eyes and heart in ancient books such as the Huangdineijing, Shenshiyaohan, and Mujingdacheng, according to the physiological function of heart that it dominant blood vessel and the bright spirit, and the circulation characteristics of the heart meridian of hand lesser Yin.
