摘要
应急电源是缓解核电厂全厂断电事故的重要设备,合理选取供电对象可以有效增强应急电源的事故缓解功能。本文提出了一套选取应急电源供电对象的通用方法,并采用条件堆芯损坏概率定量评估供电对象变化对电厂安全性的影响,为制定应急电源投用策略提供决策支持。随后将该方法应用于某典型非能动核电厂,基于风险评价结果就该型核电厂应急电源的供电对象选取提出了见解。
The emergency power supply is important for nuclear power plant to mitigate the consequences under station blackout(SBO)condition.Selecting suitable consumers can enhance the accident mitigation function of the emergency power supply effectively.A common method for selecting consumers of the emergency power supply is proposed,and the influence of the change of consumers on the safety of NPP is evaluated quantitatively by using conditional core damage probability(CCDP),which provides decision making support for formulating the operation strategy of the emergency power supply.Then,the method is applied to a typical passive nuclear power plant,and based on the risk assessment results,some opinions on the selection of consumers for the emergency power supply are proposed.
