摘要
在核燃料元件的研制与生产过程中,由于进行理化检测分析,会产生较多含铀分析废液。采用沉淀-混凝-离子交换组合工艺处理含铀分析废液。实验分别研究了以上三个单元在废液处理中的铀的去除效果。结果表明,当控制沉淀pH 5~6;加入2.5~3倍废液体积的Ca(OH)_(2)饱和溶液混凝,混凝pH控制在7~9,以及采用强碱性阴离子树脂作为吸附剂,控制吸附原液pH为5~7时,最终含铀分析废液中的铀总去除率可达99.7%。通过工程化试验,采用沉淀-混凝-离子交换组合工艺处理该体系含铀分析废液,铀总去除率高(>99%),运行成本低,可应用于其他相似组成的含铀废液的处理以及铀的回收。
In the process of preparation of fuel elements,due to physical and chemical testing and analysis,there will be more uranium-containing waste liquid for analysis.The combined precipitation,coagulation and ion exchange technological process was used to treat the uranium-containing waste liquid.The treatment effect of uranium removal in the above the 3 units is studied in the experiment.Results shown that almost 99.7%uranium could be removed from the waste liquid through controlling the pH value of precipitation at 5~6,the amount of coagulant is about 2.5~3 times volume of the waste liquid,the pH value of coagulation is at 7~9,and using strong basic anion exchange resin while controlling the pH value of ion exchange at 5~7.Through the engineering tests,the combined technique of precipitation-coagulation-ion exchange is used to treat the waste liquid,which has high removal rate of uranium(>99%)and low operating cost.It can be applied to treatment of other similar uranium-containing waste liquid and uranium recovery.
