群青蓝颜料对涂塑纸基色调影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 对涂塑纸基中加入群青蓝颜料对纸基色调的影响进行研究,在涂塑纸基的PE层中加入群青蓝颜料可以明显降低纸基的b*值提高视觉白度,但同时随着群青蓝颜料的加入又会降低纸基色调中的L值和a*值,使其绝对白度降低和色调偏绿。所以在使用群青蓝颜料调整纸张的视觉白度时必须考虑其对于绝对白度和色相的影响。在涂塑纸基的塑层中尽可能减少群青蓝颜料的使用,在改善视觉白度同时又不会使纸基的绝对白度降低过多,并且需要配合加入红色颜料来抵消群青蓝颜料中的绿色光,避免纸基色调偏绿。 The effect of Ultramarine blue pigment on resincoated paper-base tone was studied in this paper. Adding cyan pigment to PE layer of plastic coated paper base can reduce the b^(*) value and increase visual whiteness, but at the same time, with the addition of cyan pigment, the L value and a^(*) value of the paper base tone will be reduced, and the absolute whiteness will be reduced and the tone will be green.Therefore, when using cyan pigments to adjust the visual whiteness of paper, the influence on the absolute whiteness and hue must be considered. The use of cyan pigment in the plastic layer of the plastic coated paper base is reduced as much as possible, While improving the visual whiteness, it will not reduce the absolute whiteness of the paper base too much, and it is necessary to add red pigments to offset the green light in the cyan pigments to avoid the paper base tone being green.
