北方某IDC数据机房空调冷水机组模型建立及能耗分析 被引量:1

摘要 随着近几年数据中心建设数量和规模逐渐增大,空调系统在数据中心中的能耗占比逐渐受到重视。空调系统实际运行中存在管理不善、参数设置不合理等情况,是导空调系统能耗增大,PUE上涨的主要原因。如何准确找到冷水机组的最佳工况参数,是空调系统节能的基本条件。文章针对该问题,建立冷水机组能耗模型,对比分析多种模型性能,选定最佳数学模型,并验证其准确性。选取呼和浩特某数据中心冷水机组实际运行参数,对参数进行初步筛选和有效性验证后对模型进行辨识,通过模拟数据和实际运行数据进行对比分析,寻找冷水机组最佳运行工况点,提高冷水机组COP,用以指导实际生产运行,起到降到能耗的作用。 With the gradual increase of the number and scale of data center construction in recent years,the energy consumption proportion of air conditioning system in the data center has gradually been paid attention to.Poor management and unreasonable parameter setting in the actual operation of the air conditioning system are the main reasons for the increase of energy consumption and pue of the air conditioning system.How to accurately find the best operating parameters of the chiller is the basic condition for energy saving of the air conditioning system.Aiming at this problem,this paper establishes a chiller energy consumption model,compares and analyzes the performance of various models,selects the best mathematical model,and verifies its accuracy.Select the actual operating parameters of the chiller in a data center in Hohhot,identify the model after preliminary screening and effectiveness verification of the parameters,and compare and analyze the simulated data with the actual operating data to find the best operating condition point of the chiller,improve the cop of the chiller,so as to guide the actual production and operation and reduce energy consumption.
