摘要
为提高国内某风洞液压设备的运行保障能力,研制一种多功能的移动油源,并进行仿真分析与现场调试。该移动油源满足移动灵活、结构和控制接口快速对接等需求,当风洞液压设备发生故障时,可应急备用;移动油源可以作为液压试验台,对油缸进行地面试验。相比于传统的油缸试验台,所设计的移动油源具备加载油缸主动位置控制和主动补油等优势,可为类似移动油源设计提供参考。
A removable multi-function hydraulic power supply unit was developed for the hydraulic equipment to enhance the ability of maintenance support in a domestic wind tunnel,and simulation analysis and field debugging were carried out.It could be used as an emergence power supply at the failure of the formal ones with the capacity of flexible movement and quick docking to the structure and control unit;it could be used as hydraulic test stand to provide the load test for the cylinder.Compared with conventional ones,the designed hydraulic power supply unit has the advantages of loading oil cylinder active position control and active oil filling,which provides reference for similar mobile oil source design.
