摘要
为更好开展机务实践教学工作,提出一种以远程控制为基本特征的外场地面集中供压保障系统。其液压源采用多点余度压力控制方式,能较好地解决现有地面油泵车作为液压源存在的维护成本高、噪声、污染和泄漏等问题。根据需要达到的技术指标以及实际任务需求,详细阐述设计思路并介绍保障系统的基本组成和系统内各个模块的功用和工作原理。针对该系统设计可能存在的问题进行相应的可行性分析,确保设计的合理性。
In order to better develop practical teaching,a remote control based centralized pressure supply system for the outfield was proposed.Its hydraulic source adopted multi-point redundant pressure control mode,by which a series of problems such as high maintenance cost,noise,pollution and leakage of existing ground oil pump truck as hydraulic source could be solved.According to the need to achieve the technical indicators and the actual task requirements,the design ideas was described in detail and the basic composition of the support system,and the function and working principle of each module in the system were introduced.The feasibility analysis was carried out to ensure the rationality of the design.
