摘要
采用有限元方法分析冲击载荷下激光熔覆再制造立柱的强度以及再制造工艺参数对强度的影响规律。以?400 mm双伸缩立柱为研究对象,建立含有熔覆层的立柱三维模型,计算冲击载荷作用下再制造立柱熔覆层及基体的应力分布及大小,分析不同熔覆厚度、熔覆材料、激光功率等参数对再制造立柱强度的影响。结果表明:再制造立柱各级缸体的应力均小于材料的屈服极限,满足强度要求;中缸内壁熔覆层局部应力大于材料的屈服极限;增大熔覆层厚度、选用较小弹性模量材料或者减小激光熔覆功率有利于提高再制造立柱的强度。
The strength of laser cladding remanufactured column under impact load and the influence of remanufacturing process parameters on the strength were analyzed by using finite element method.Taking?400 mm double telescopic column as research object,a three-dimensional model of the column with cladding layer was established.The stress distribution and magnitude of the cladding layer and the matrix of the remanufactured column under the impact load were calculated,and the influence of cladding thickness,cladding material and laser power on the strength of remanufactured column was analyzed.The results show that the stress of each remanufactured column is less than the yield limit of material,which meets the strength requirements;the local stress of the cladding layer on the inner wall of the middle cylinder is greater than the yield limit of the material;increasing the thickness of cladding layer,choosing the material with smaller elastic modulus or reducing the laser cladding power can improve the strength of remanufactured column.
