基于BIM的装配式建筑施工空间冲突识别方法

摘要 建筑市场内现有的部分装配式工程项目,在施工中存在严重的空间冲突问题,此问题已经影响到项目的实施进度与质量。为了解决上述问题,提出一种基于BIM的装配式建筑施工空间冲突识别方法。根据装配式建筑工程项目的施工作业需求,划分可能存在冲突的要素,根据施工现场不同空间的占用情况,提取施工空间冲突类型;根据施工过程中不同作业行为的表示方式,借助BIM建筑结构模型,将构建的建筑工程原始模型与施工模型进行整合,实现施工空间冲突元素匹配;输入工程施工节点的参数信息,对项目进行施工模拟,匹配人工设定的冲突参数,标记冲突元素,以此为依据进行建筑施工空间冲突检测、识别与施工调试。本文选取天津市某地区由政府主导的建筑工程项目作为实例,实践证明设计的方法可以确保不同作业结构在施工中的冲突点数量为0,并提高机械设备的有效利用率。 The existing prefabricated engineering projects in the construction market have serious space conflicts during construction,which have affected the implementation progress and quality of the project.In order to solve the above problems,a BIM based construction space conflict identification method of prefabricated buildings is proposed.According to the construction operation requirements of prefabricated construction projects,the elements that may have conflicts are divided,and the types of construction space conflicts are extracted according to the occupancy of different spaces on the construction site,and according to the representation of different operation behaviors in the construction process,with the help of BIM building structure model,integrate the constructed original model of the construction project with the construction model to achieve the matching of conflicting elements in the construction space,and input the parameter information of the construction nodes of the project,simulate the construction of the project,match the conflicting parameters set manually,and mark the conflicting elements.According to the construction space conflict detection,identification and construction debugging.This paper takes a construction project led by the government in a certain area of Tianjin as an example,the practice has proved that the design method can ensure that the number of conflict points of different operating structures during construction is zero,and improve the effective utilization of machinery and equipment.
