摘要
桥梁在我国的交通运输中占据着重要地位。随着建筑技术的发展桥梁施工技术也在逐渐进步,传统的桥梁顶推施工工艺已经无法满足现有的桥梁连续性需求,因此需设计一种新的连续箱梁桥顶推施工工艺。首先设计移动式悬臂施工挂篮,其次对连续箱梁桥段进行混凝土浇筑,最后构建连续箱梁桥顶推移动施工模架,完成预制场滑道、箱梁顶推,从而实现连续箱梁桥顶推施工。并进行实例分析,结果表明,设计的连续箱梁桥顶推施工工艺的施工效果较好,墩柱稳定性数值较高,具有一定的应用价值,可以作为后续桥梁施工的参考。
Bridges occupy an important position in China’s transportation.With the development of building technology,bridge construction technology is also gradually improving,the traditional bridge jacking construction technology has been unable to meet the existing bridge continuity requirements,therefore,a new jacking construction technology of continuous box girder bridge is designed.Firstly,the mobile cantilever construction hanging basket is designed,and then the continuous box girder bridge section is poured with concrete,and finally,the continuous box girder bridge is constructed to push the mobile construction formwork to complete the prefabricated yard slide and box girder push,so as to realize the push-up construction of continuous box girder bridge.The results of case analysis show that the designed continuous box girder bridge jacking construction technology has better construction effect and higher pier column stability value,which has certain application value and can be used as a reference for subsequent bridge construction.
