供应商网络中关系强度差异对采购企业知识获取的影响 被引量:4

The Impact of Relational Strength Variability within the Supplier Network on the Buyer’s Knowledge Acquisition

摘要 运用社会比较理论,探究供应商网络中采购企业与不同供应商的关系强度差异对采购企业知识获取的影响。基于158家中国制造企业及其供应商网络数据,研究发现,供应商网络中关系强度差异正向影响采购企业从供应商网络知识获取。进一步将供应商网络技术异质性分为两类:供应商间技术异质性、采购企业与供应商技术异质性,这两类技术异质性均会减弱关系强度差异的正向影响。 Based on social comparison theory, this study has examined the impact of relational strength variability within the supplier network on the buyer’s knowledge acquisition from the supplier network.A study based on samples of 158 manufacturer-supplier networks in China suggests that relational strength variability within the supplier network is positively related to the buyer’s knowledge acquisition from the supplier network.Further, this study decomposes technological heterogeneity of the supplier network into technological difference among suppliers and technological difference between the buyer and suppliers, and examines their moderating effects.The result suggests that the positive relationship above is weakened when there exists high technological difference both among suppliers and between the buyer and suppliers.
