大都金沙湾C3、C4超限高层塔楼结构设计

摘要 大都金沙湾C3、C4塔楼结构主体高度158.10 m,属于超A级高度的B级高度超高层建筑,主体结构采用钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构体系,塔楼存在扭转不规则,属不规则建筑,且楼板存在局部大开洞。本工程进行了整体结构弹性计算和抗震性能目标验算,同时采用MIDAS软件进行罕遇地震作用下的静力弹塑性时程分析(push-over),结果表明塔楼主体结构设计能够实现“三水准”的抗震性能目标。 The main structure of C3 and C4 towers of Dadu Jinshawan are super A high-rise buildings with height of 158.10 m.They adopt reinforced concrete shear wall structure system.They are irregular building with general irregularity,and large opening in the floor.Several analyses included overall elastic analysis,performance target check were carried out during the design process,and elasto-plastic analysis under rare earthquakes are also performed by MIDAS.The results show that the seismic performance objective of "three levels" can be achieved.
