半灌浆套筒在施工缺陷条件下的力学性能研究

RESEARCH ON MECHANICAL PERFORMANCE OF SEMI-GROUTING SLEEVE UNDER CONSTRUCTION DEFECTS

针对装配式建筑中半灌浆套筒节点施工技术在缺陷条件下的力学性能展开研究,阐述了半灌浆套筒的材料选择注意事项,讨论了半灌浆套筒中缺陷产生的原因,利用ANSYS软件对半灌浆套筒在施工缺陷条件下的力学性能进行建模分析并根据最终应力云图进行讨论。

In view of the mechanical properties of the semi-grouting sleeve joint construction technology in the prefabricated building under the defect conditions,the material selection precautions of the semi-grouting sleeve are explained,and the reasons for the defects in the semi-grouting sleeve are discussed.ANSYS software models and analyzes the mechanical properties of the semi-grouting sleeve under construction defect conditions and discusses it based on the final stress cloud diagram.
