摘要 依托洛宁抽水蓄能电站,针对钢丝网骨架聚乙烯复合管(以下简称SRTP管)的施工工艺流程开展研究,得到以下结论:SRTP管材进场前必须进行进场验收,检查SRTP管各项证明材料是否全面,管道有无破损;SRTP管沟槽开挖时,埋设SRTP管道须合理地组织沟槽开挖;SRTP管试压时控制最大水压力不得超过6.0 MPa,SRTP管水压试验应按照规范划分成预试验和主试验两个部分。 Taking Luoning Pumped Storage Power Station as the object,this article draws the following conclusions regarding the construction process of the steel mesh skeleton polyethylene composite pipe.SRTP pipes must be inspected and accepted before entering the site,and the SRTP pipes must be inspected.Whether the material is comprehensive and whether the pipeline is damaged.When the SRTP pipe trench is excavated,the trench excavation must be reasonably organized for the buried SRTP pipe.The maximum water pressure controlled during the pressure test of the SRTP pipe shall not exceed 6.0 MPa.The hydraulic pressure test of the SRTP pipe shall be divided into two stages,the pre-test and the main test.
