山岭公路双连拱隧道施工工法的优化分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对双连拱隧道在施工过程中的中隔墙和锚杆等受力、变形问题,运用Midas GTS 2.6大型有限元程序建立了阳泉市绕城改线工程南上庄隧道地层结构法数值模拟计算模型。对双连拱隧道采用三导洞台阶法和中导洞台阶法在具体施工阶段进行数值模拟,同时对双连拱隧道中隔墙受力变形、收敛、初期支护应力分析等。通过研究,得出山岭公路隧道在IV级围岩条件正洞施工可采用中导洞台阶法,并对施工过程中可能的风险提出了切实可行的处理措施,以期对双连拱隧道的设计和施工提供一定的理论借鉴。 In view of the stress and deformation of the middle partition wall of the double arch tunnel during construction,the numerical simulation model of the stratum structure method of nanshangzhuang tunnel of Yangquan Ring Road diversion project is established by using midasgts 2.6 large-scale finite element program.For the double arch tunnel,the three pilot tunnel step method and the middle pilot tunnel step method are used for numerical simulation in the specific construction stage.At the same time,the stress deformation,convergence and initial support stress of the middle partition wall of the double arch tunnel are analyzed.Through the research,it is concluded that the middle pilot tunnel step method can be used in the main tunnel construction of mountain highway tunnel under the condition of IV surrounding rock,and practical treatment measures are put forward for the possible risks in the construction process,in order to provide a certain theoretical reference for the design and construction of double arch tunnel.
