北京市城市规划设计研究院新建业务综合楼土方开挖、基坑支护及降水工程为确保在砂层及卵石层地质止水帷幕桩的桩身完整性及施工质量,加快护坡桩的施工进度,首选三轴搅拌止水帷幕桩进行该项目止水帷幕的施工,为解决地下整体三轴止水帷幕搅拌桩首尾桩的有效连接以及局部冷缝位置的止水效果,项目采取了有效的搭接工艺及相关措施,确保了项目止水帷幕桩的整体施工质量,取得了显著的技术与经济效益,值得类似项目参考与借鉴。

Earthwork excavation,foundation pit support and dewatering project of the newly-built business complex of Beijing Urban Planning & Design Institute in order to ensure the integrity and construction quality of geological water-stop curtain pile in sand layer and pebble layer and speed up the construction progress of slope protection pile,triaxial mixing water-stop curtain pile is the first choice for the water-stop curtain construction of this project.In order to solve the effective connection between the front and rear piles of underground triaxial mixing water-stop curtain pile and the water-stop effect of local cold joints,the project adopted effective lapping technology and related measures to ensure the overall construction quality of the water-stop curtain pile,and achieved remarkable technology and economy.
