装配式建筑构件快捷连接技术研究

RESEARCH ON FAST CONNECTION TECHNOLOGY OF PREFABRICATED BUILDING COMPONENTS

随着建筑业的发展,装配式建筑的发展越来越受到人们的关注和接受。通过对装配式建筑构件的快速连接技术进行研究,对传统的加筋灌浆套连接技术进行改进,得到以下结论:(1)研究和比较了装配式建筑的优缺点,对装配式建筑构件快速连接技术的研究具有重要意义;(2)通过对加筋套筒注浆连接技术原理的研究,确定了加筋套筒注浆连接技术的改进方向,为装配式建筑构件的快速连接提供了理论观点;(3)改进灌浆套筒连接技术,并对改进后的灌浆套筒连接技术特点、施工后工艺及技术要点进行了进一步探讨,实现预制建筑构件的快速连接。这对装配式建筑的发展具有指导意义。

With the development of the construction industry,the increase in labor tension and the deterioration of the environment,the development of prefabricated buildings has attracted more and more attention and acceptance.In this paper,the rapid connection technology of prefabricated building components is studied,and the traditional reinforced grouting sleeve connection technology is improved,and the following conclusions are obtained:(1) The advantages and disadvantages of prefabricated buildings are studied and compared.The research of fast connection technology is of great significance.(2) Through the research on the principle of the reinforced sleeve grouting connection technology,the improvement direction of the reinforced sleeve grouting connection technology is determined,which provides a theoretical point of view for the rapid connection of prefabricated building components.(3) Improve the grouting sleeve connection technology,and further discuss the characteristics of the improved grouting sleeve connection technology,post-construction process and technical points to realize the rapid connection of prefabricated building components.This research has guiding significance for the development of prefabricated buildings.
