摘要
为提高住培和专培医师的内科临床水平,通过分析目前培训存在的问题,提出将异步SPOC联合多维度教学模式应用到内科临床教学中,并探讨线上资源推送—线下多维度教学—多元评价和及时反馈等以学生为主体的教学模式,以此进行了提高内科住专培医师临床水平和带教水平的一次探索。
To improve the clinical level of internal medicine of residents and specialized physicians,the problems existing in the current training are analyzed.The application of the asynchronous SPOC joint multidimensional teaching mode in the internal medicine clinical education is proposed,and the student-oriented teaching mode,such as online resource pushing−offline multidimensional teaching-multidimensional evaluation and timely feedback is explored,so as to improve the clinical and teaching levels of internal medicine residents and specialized physicians.
