中央空调触摸屏的国产化改造及应用效果

某采油生产平台生活楼设置有3台中央空调,用于生活楼的温湿度调节,自2005年至今已使用16年之久,目前其触摸屏出现花屏,部分功能无法操作,生活楼房间温湿度无法调节,严重影响生活楼员工居住舒适度。中央空调使用触摸屏为进口西门子触摸屏,现已停产,市面上很难购买到原型号触摸屏,且触摸屏内的组态文件不支持回传功能,升级同品牌触摸屏价格高昂。为解决上述问题,平台电气仪表专业开展深入交流探讨触摸屏的国产化改造工作。改造使用油井变频柜替换下来的国产海泰克触摸屏,自主进行画面组态、验证,实现中央空调各项参数的显示,避免了无法采办到已停产进口触摸屏及受国外技术卡脖子的难题,同时也节省了备件费用。

The living building of an oil production platform is equipped with three central air conditioners for the temperature and humidity regulation of the living building. The air conditioners have been used for 16 years since 2005. At present,the touch screen of the central air conditioners have flower screen,and some functions cannot be operated,and the temperature and humidity in the living building cannot be adjusted,which seriously affects the living comfort of the employees in the living building. The touch screen used by the central air conditioners is an imported Siemens touch screen, which has been discontinued,so it is difficult to buy the prototype touch screen on the market,and the configuration file in the touch screen does not support the return function. The price of upgrading the touch screen of the same brand is high. In order to solve the above problems,the platform electrical instrument specialty has carried out in-depth exchanges and discussed the localization transformation of touch screen. In this transformation,the domestic HITECH touch screen replaced by the oil well frequency conversion cabinet is used to independently configure and verify the picture,so as to realize the display of various parameters of the central air conditioners,avoid the problem of being unable to purchase the discontinued imported touch screen and being stuck by foreign technology,and save the cost of spare parts.
