摘要
区块链、大数据和人工智能技术与出版的不断融合推动了出版业快速发展,这3种技术并不是互相孤立的,我国科技期刊界可以将其共同嵌入期刊出版系统中,以实现数据互通。既可以利用这些先进技术建立全国性的科技期刊数据库,也可以接入各个期刊自身的编校系统,在不同的方面发挥各自的特长,并相辅相成地共同促进科技期刊健康发展。在区块链的基础上,单个科技期刊在与全国性的科技期刊数据库交换数据时,既可以保护自身隐私,又能公正客观地上传或下载数据。区块链、大数据、人工智能技术可以贯穿科技期刊组稿、审稿、编校、出版乃至营销等全流程,不仅可以大幅提高工作效率,也可以在一定程度上提高期刊质量。
Nowadays,Blockchain,Big Data and Artificial Intelligence technology are constantly integrated with publishing, which has promoted the rapid development of the publishing industry. These three technologies are not isolated from each other. Chinese sci-tech journals can embed them together in the journal publishing system to achieve data communication. These advanced technologies can not only be used to establish a national database of sci-tech journals,but also can be used to access the editing and proofreading systems of various journals,so as to give play to their respective strengths in different aspects and jointly promote the healthy development of sci-tech journals. On the basis of Blockchain,when a single sci-tech journal exchanges data with a national sci-tech journal database,it can not only protect its own privacy,but also upload or download data impartially and objectively. Big Data,Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence technology can run through the whole process of manuscript solicitation,reviewing,editing,proofreading,publishing and marketing of sci-tech journals,which can not only greatly improve the work efficiency,but also improve the quality of journals.
