摘要
目前国内大中型水利水电工程建设过程中大多采用人工骨料,其中部分人工骨料中云母含量较大,云母强度低,与水泥浆的粘结力较差。本文通过采用高云母含量的人工砂与云母含量符合规范要求的天然砂配制出的衬砌混凝土性能进行对比,研究高云母含量对衬砌混凝土拌合物性能、强度、弹性模量、抗冻性、抗渗性、抗氯离子渗透性、抗硫酸盐侵蚀性等的影响,为相关工程采用高云母含量人工砂配制衬砌混凝土提供参考。
At present,most of the artificial aggregates are used in the construction of large and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects in China.Some of the artificial aggregates have high content of mica,low strength of mica and poor bonding force with cement paste.The high mica content through the use of artificial sand and mica content in accordance with the requirements of the specification of the lining concrete performance of the natural sand makes a contrast,research high mica content on the properties of ceramic lining concrete mixture,strength and elastic modulus,frost resistance,impermeability,resistance to chloride ion permeability,the influence of sulfate erosion resistance,etc,It provides reference for related engineering to prepare lining concrete with artificial sand with high mica content.
