摘要
当前,结构性就业矛盾是我国就业领域的主要矛盾。从产业发展的维度,比较“学历”教育,企业更需要“学力”教育;从职业教育适应的维度,技能人才知识更新和技能提升迫在眉睫。在走向“技能型社会”进程中,从个体到群体的技能形成何以可行?张学英与王星分别采用国际观察、国内考察的方式,从劳动经济学与工业社会学的视角,通过内外梳理、辨析推理、批判扬弃,为职业教育开拓了建构“技能型社会”的视野,并提供了诸多参考。
At present,the structural employment contradiction is the key problem in China's employment field.From the perspective of the dimension of industrial development,enterprises prefer education of learning abilities to education of academic qualification.Moreover,from the perspective of vocational education adaptation,it is urgent to upgrade the knowledge and skills of skilled talents.In the process of moving towards a skill-based society,how is it feasible to form skills from individual to group?From the perspectives of labor economics and industrial sociology,Zhang Xue-ying and Wang Xing adopted the methods of international observation and domestic investigation respectively to sort out,analyze and criticize the skill acquisition to open up the vision of constructing"skill-based society"for vocational education and provide many references.
