在工具理性的长期影响之下,高等职业教育发展停留在培养“技术型”人才和数量扩张的外延式发展层面上,“单向度”和“低质量”的服务输出难以在人工智能时代赢得优势与未来。高等职业教育从外延式发展向内涵式发展转变,是时代发展的必然要求,也是回归教育本质的必然要求。高等职业教育需要确立全新的教育目标,以人才培养模式改革为前提,以优化师资队伍为基础,以厚植文化底蕴为灵魂,以建立内部质量保证体系为保障,构建高等职业教育内涵式发展的行动路径。

Under the long-term impact of instrumental rationality,the development of higher vocational education remains at the extension level of training"technical"talents and quantity expansion.The one-dimensional and low-quality output is difficult to win the advantages and the future in the era of artificial intelligence.The transformation of higher vocational education from extensional development to connotative development is an inevitable requirement of the development of the times,and also the requirement of returning to the essence of education.The article puts forward if the higher vocational education wants to achieve connotative development,it needs to establish a new educational goal,reform the talent training mode as the premise,optimize the teaching staff as the basis,cultivate cultural heritage as the soul and establish an internal quality assurance system as the guarantee.
