摘要
针对工业现场控制与应用过程中,已有的无线/有线异构网络融合技术,存在着融合系统复杂度高、协议转换速率低、数据传输延时高以及确定性差等问题。基于数字电路硬件描述语言Verilog HDL,设计了一种无线传感器网络ZigBee与时间敏感型以太网络TSN(time sensitive network)之间的协议转换器架构。经过实验验证表明:该协议转换器采用对数据帧的封包解包、优先级映射以及VLAN标签识别等技术,有效地提高了协议转换速度,改善了数据传输的实时性与确定性问题,实现了协议之间的转换功能。
In view of the existing wireless/wired heterogeneous network fusion technology in industrial field control and application process,there are some problems in the fusion system,such as high complexity,low protocol conversion rate,high data transmission delay and low certainty.A protocol converter architecture between ZigBee and TSN(time sensitive network)based on Verilog HDL was proposed.The experimental analysis shows that the protocol converter uses packet unpacking of data frames,priority mapping and VLAN Tag identification,which effectively increases the protocol conversion speed,improves the real-time and deterministic data transmission problems,and realizes the conversion function between protocols.
