摘要
针对声发射技术应用于结构健康监测时面临的硬件系统及传感器价格昂贵、分析软件自行扩展困难、无法实现大规模数据采集与分析的问题,基于LabVIEW平台开发了声发射采集分析系统,实现了声发射信号的采集、存储与分析等功能。在一块铝板表面安装压电陶瓷传感器并进行了断铅试验,通过采集信号并计算得出了声发射特征参数,验证了采集系统的可行性。最后在铝板上进行了声发射源的定位实验研究,结果表明测定的声发射源位置与实际位置误差范围在5%之内,证明了开发的声发射分析系统的准确性。
When the acoustic emission(AE)technology is applied for structural health monitoring,some issues are faced that the hardware system and sensors are expensive,the analysis software is difficult to be expanded and large-scale data acquisition and analysis cannot be realized.To address these issues,the acoustic emission acquisition and analysis system with LabVIEW platform-based virtual instrument technology was developed.The system had the functions of acquisition,storage and analysis of acoustic emission signals.A piezoelectric ceramic sensor was installed on the surface of an aluminum plate,and a lead breaking test was carried out.The acoustic emission characteristic parameters were obtained by collecting signals and calculating,which verifies the feasibility of the developed acquisition system.Finally,the localization experiment of the acoustic emission source was carried out on the aluminum plate.The results demonstrate that the error between the measured coordinates of the acoustic emission source and the actual coordinates is within 5%,which proves the accuracy of the developed acoustic emission analysis system.
