摘要 目前新能源汽车的电池组状态以SOC为主且部分状态缺失,故开发一种电池组全状态的检测系统。利用多数据融合的方法检测电池组状态,开发采集电压、电流、温度的多路采集电路,采集电路应用全桥电路和差分比例放大硬件,高压与低压切换电路采用MOS管驱动继电器、电压噪声比低于60dB的BUCK电源电路,开发软件总体技术方案和多模块的参数配置程序,状态检测以ARM采集为主,模块间任务调用和SOC计算以DSP为主。以电池状态和集成功能检测验证电池组状态检测,电池输出电压采集精度为1 mV,集成检测功能输出正常。 At present,the battery pack state of new energy vehicles is mainly SOC and some states are missing.A detection system for the full state of battery pack was developed.The multi data fusion method was used to detect the state of the battery pack,and the multi-channel acquisition circuit for collecting voltage,current and temperature was developed.The acquisition circuit applied full bridge circuit and differential proportional amplification hardware.The high-voltage and low-voltage switching circuit adopted MOS tube driven relay and BUCK power circuit with voltage noise ratio lower than 60 dB.The overall technical scheme of the software and multi module parameter configuration program was developed.The state detection was mainly based on ARM acquisition.Inter module task call and SOC calculation were mainly based on DSP.Battery pack state detection was verified by battery state and integrated function detection.The acquisition accuracy of battery output voltage is 1 mV,and the output of integrated detection function is normal.
